Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Administration, International Trade.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

2 years of experience.

 

KNOWLEDGE:

* Accounts payable.

 

* Accounts receivable.

 

* Billing.

 

* Knowledge of exports and imports.

ACTIVITIES:

 

*Management of company documents, office and legal representatives.

 

  • Sales process.

 

  • Filing Passive and system. (invoices, payment vouchers, contracts).

 

  • Managerial agenda management.

 

  • Management assistance.

 

  • Daily newsletter and management, filtering the information received by mail

 

  • Request for prices (quotation).

 

  • Sending relevant emails with a link to other areas from administration.

 

  • Upload the final Offer to the Odoo system.

 

  • Review and disposition Contracts.

 

  • Responsible for information and notification to the Legal and Purchasing area of ​​the data for the preparation of the contract with the supplier.
