Description:

Make announcements in English and Arabic and pages the relevant person the visitor or co-workers asked to see

Operates the switchboard in a professional maner

Ateends the calls and queries promptly and courteously.

Operates the store paging and music system

Ensures awarness of all emergencies and evacuation procedures and list codes

Deals with internal operator isssues

Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously

Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance

Ensures all customers queries are attended to in a professional manner

Compiles and supports FAQ details for ease of use

Improving customer service in the store and answering customers queries

Requirements:

Minimum of high school qualification

Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken)

2 years experience in similar role
