Call Center Agent Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for Call Center Agent/Telesales.

  1. Job Purpose: We are looking for a Tele-sales cum customer service representative who will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients, answer queries, offer advice, introduce new products and build business by identifying and selling prospects. Must be adept at maintaining relationships with clients.
  2. Academic Background: Graduate Degree
  3. Key experience: 2-3 years of experience in areas of Sales, Customer service / Tele- communication and After-sales in Retail industry preferably with companies selling Baby products.
  4. Roles and Responsibilities:

Strong phone contact handling skills

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.

Commercial acumen

Manage a team and Collaborate with them to achieve better results.

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Maintains customer records

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  1. Non-Technical Competencies:

Fluent in English

Fast learner and Passionate for service and sales.

Commercial awareness

Planning, Prioritization and Multitasking.
