Job Description

Import Purchase Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Import Purchase Assistant, female, Filipino, with minimum 2 years’ experience required for a Dubai based automotive spare parts company.


Job Description:

1) Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

2) Locate vendors of required products, and interview them in order to determine product Availability and terms of sales.

3) Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and products.

4) Control purchasing department budgets.

5) Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

6) Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.


7) Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.

8) Good Computer skills in product costing, sales and giving reports to management.


Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in import purchase.
