Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English-read, write and speak.
Ability to answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients about the services provided.
Knowledge about the product and ability to explain accordingly to client.
Ability and knowledge of use of computer and to use the chat function on the website for people who inquire online.
Ability to transmit contacts of people calling to follow-up.
Good conduct with colleagues and with clients on the phone.
The candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience as a call centre agent in UAE.
