A leading Multinational company offering LED lighting, advertising and branding solutions to its corporate customer base is looking for the following candidates for its Dubai office Secretary.
2-5 years of work experience is a must.
Employment Visa will be provided.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
Setup travel arrangements
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
Prepare and maintain expense report.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Supervise support staff.
