Site Coordinator Vacancy in Dubai
Responsible for providing and maintaining the highest service quality at assigned client location. This is achieved by coaching operators, assessing the space and providing efficient recommendations.
He will work closely with internal employees and clients to understand the ever-changing requirements of each workspace also to ensure that all associated services are maintained, repaired and at all times kept to the highest possible International Engineering Standards, that are expected and required.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Coordinators communicate daily with client, supply vendors and update company executives regularly.
Organizing statutory compliance and records e.g. Fire systems servicing, electrical testing etc. Report any H and S issues to client, Civil Defence assessments monitoring and reporting.
Ensure all PPMs are carried out as per agreed schedule. Organize regular review meeting with all key contractors. Liaise with Landlord on any building issues.
Answer all staff queries or refer to relevant person. Escalate to Operational Manager as required.
Proactive management of on-site cleaning team with log book highlighting any issues.
Manage all incoming Invoices to be processed on incentive CAFM system, ensuring all costs are tracked against the budget.
Inspect, Supervise, monitor and recommend the correct process of MEP, Cleaning and Security to maintain High quality in each space.
Responsible for proactively and reactively conducting performance management and professional development for operators in your squad.
Develop rapport with in order to receive candid feedback on services while conducting scheduled or impromptu visits.
Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures and effectively communicate to operator base.
Maintain security of clients space by using best judgement while in possession of client access information/ collateral.
Monitor attendance management and communication systems of your team.
Commit to continued learning and training throughout employment through a learning management system.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
Maintaining and controlling of MEP Consumables, cleaning solutions, equipment and machinery.
Maintenance planning and schedules of Preventive maintenance.
Effective routine maintenance
Fire and Safety programs
Exercise the day to day control and particular planned control of onsite staff under his control.
To familiarize himself with the layout of the building with regard to Cleaning, Engineering and Security services and acquire the necessary advanced knowledge and information in order to investigate a full planned preventive maintenance scheme.
To introduce commissioning of safety check procedures of all equipment and maintain subsequent reference.
To advice on training needs of staff.
To ensure all emergency backup systems i.e. Standby systems like, MEP spares , Cleaning Material Stocks are maintained as per laid down instructions.
Attend to all hazard notices.
Ensure the statutory protection and safety checks are carried out.
To maintain fire appliances and equipment to standard required.
To maintain the efficiency of all services and to take necessary corrective action where results are below standard.
At all times to consider economy services.
To ensure Duty Shifts coordinates with all Tradesmen on duty during his working hours.
